Sonora Election: The Return of Prince Philip's Vampire Bats

July 15, 2009 (LPAC)—The British monarchy has been caught red-handed running the operation to throw the July 5 gubernatorial election in the northern Mexican state of Sonora to Dope, Inc.'s preferred candidate, and defraud the pro-PLHINO candidate of the PRI party, Alfonso Elias Serrano.
Heading this operation is Prince Philip's human-hating hitsquad, with its self-chosen mascot of the bloodsucking vampire bat, the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). Deployed under it is Dope, Inc. hitman George Soros, who both flooded Sonora with narco-money in the final weeks of the election, and used his stable of NGOs to run a smear campaign against Elias Serrano and his ally, current governor Eduardo Bours. Elias Serrano had campaigned throughout the state on the strategic urgency, for Mexico as a whole, of building the PLHINO, the Northwest Hydraulic Plan, which Lyndon LaRouche has long promoted as vital for both Mexico and the U.S.
With Elias Serrano leading by 20% in the polls, a daycare center in Hermosillo, Sonora, subcontracted out by the state government, suspiciously burned to the ground on June 5, with 48 children burned to death as a result. The drug cartels had threatened just such action in other states one year earlier.
Immediately, George Soros's leading NGO in the state, Sonora Ciudadano, went into high gear, blaming Governor Bours and candidate Elias Serrano, by implication, for the deaths. Sonora Ciudadano was created as an offshoot of one of Soros's Open Society Institute's leading projects in Mexico, the national NGO called FUNDAR. FUNDAR and its Sonora branch share directors and projects, and are financed officially by the Open Society Institute. Sonora Ciudadano also works directly with the WWF, in an environmental network targetting the Sonoran-Arizonan border.
Heading Sonora Ciudadano is a prominent journalist in the state's El Imparcial daily, one Guillermo Noriega Esparza, who, interestingly enough, publicly thanked the U.S. Consul in Hermosillo, Sonora, John Breidenstine, for inviting him to attend the Obama inauguration in January.
Prince Philip's WWF, Soros, and the drug trade also overlap in Mexico in their control over no fewer than 12 airports in southeast Mexico, key points of entry for massive cocaine and other drug shipments heading north to the United States.
Soros and his partner, the wealthy Mexican financier turned "businessman" Fernando Chico Pardo, founded a joint-venture capital firm called Promecap in 1997. Promecap advertises itself as a financial advisor for Soros's Cayman Islands-based Mexico Strategic Investment Fund (MISF), and functions as a vulture fund, buying up distressed corporations' non-performing debt. Included in Promecap's purchases is the Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, or ASUR, which owns and manages a dozen key tourist- and drug-dominated airports of southeast Mexico, including Cancun.
Chico Pardo is well known as the long-time right-hand man to the world's sometimes richest man, Telmex founder and chair, Carlos Slim. Slim's Telmex entered into a strategic partnership with the WWF in 2003, and runs a special project targeting the Gulf of California and its coastal states: the drug-dominated Sinaloa, and Sonora to its immediate north. These two states, along with the neighboring state of Nayarit to the south, are the three states whose rivers would be harnessed for development under the PLHINO.
Chico Pardo, too, is reported to serve on the board of a Gulf of California environmental conservation trust, although LPAC has not yet identfied which.
